The RAYS CAPITAL CARD is a Mastercard-backed debit card seamlessly integrated with RC Wallet. It allows you to easily convert your crypto assets into fiat currency and use them for shopping or other payments.

How much is the issuance fee for the Card?

The issuance fee is 200 USD, including shipping. Payment methods accepted: cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC) or credit/debit card.

How many cards can I have?

You can hold up to 10 cards per person.

Who is eligible to apply for the Card?

You are eligible to apply if: ・You are at least 18 years old. ・You can verify your identity and age with a government-issued photo ID.

How long does it take for the Card to be delivered?

Delivery time varies based on your location and local postal conditions. Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends/holidays): - East and Southeast Asia (e.g., Japan, South Korea, Thailand): 7–14 business days - European Economic Area (e.g., Germany, France, Italy): 14–21 business days - United States: 14–21 business days Note: Delivery may be delayed due to postal conditions. What are the spending limits on the Card?

- Daily limit: 15,000 USD - Monthly limit: 150,000 USD

Is there an annual fee for the Card?

Yes. A 50 USD annual fee applies per card, starting from the second year after issuance.

How do I suspend my Card in case of loss, theft, or unauthorized use?

If your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, immediately use the Card Suspension feature: Steps: 1. Log in to your account 2. Select the card 3. Click the "Suspend" button 4. Confirm the suspension in the pop-up window This will temporarily disable your card. You can reactivate it at any time.

How do I replace a card that is damaged, lost, or stolen?

Please request a replacement via "Add new card" in your card account. Steps: 1. Go to the Wallet home page 2. Click "Add new card"

Is there a fee for card replacement?

Yes. The card replacement fee is 200 USD, including shipping. Accepted payment methods: USDT/USDC or credit/debit card.

What documents are required for identity and address verification (KYC)?

To process your card application and comply with regulatory requirements, we require identity and address verification. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
